Our venue includes a living room, dining room, sunroom, kitchen, butler’s pantry, half bathroom, a furnished side porch and a three-tiered backyard.
Original architectural details — including fireplaces, French doors, leaded glass windows, and original wood floors — create a distinctive and welcoming setting.

*Tables can be swapped out depending on your event vision. Standard tables are rectangular but we also have 6 high-top cocktail tables (no chairs) and 6 round banquet tables. Mix and match options are available.
